At Butler Portraits, a luxury portrait studio with 50 years of success, we're looking for a dynamic, upbeat, and driven telephone sales consultant who can turn conversations into booked appointments and delighted clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm, high-interest leadsno cold calling

• Taking inbound calls and guiding clients through next steps

• Building authentic rapport with clients while keeping our calendar full

• Listening with empathy to discover client goals and aligning our portrait offerings as the perfect solution

• Using scheduling and CRM software efficiently and accurately

• Working toward personal goals and team sales targets

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has proven phone sales experience and knows how to close

• Is naturally warm, engaging, and positiveyour smile is heard through the phone!

• Is motivated by bonuses, results, and helping others

• Can uncover client stories, dreams, and needsand position our portraits as meaningful keepsakes

• Is organized, independent, and tech-savvy enough to work with modern software
