Shift Lead (Promotable to Assistant Manager) – Marco’s Pizza Store #2056 (Hampton, VA)

Be part of something new — Marco’s Store #2056 , the first Marco’s Pizza concept store in the country that transforms into a lounge-style atmosphere at night , complete with a self-serve beer wall and a modern, social vibe. We’re building a high-energy team of Shift Leaders who can help shape this next generation of Marco’s — where hospitality meets innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver an amazing pizza and guest experience
- Run smooth, high-energy shifts in a dynamic day-to-night environment
- Work multiple stations: dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, register, and phones
- Ensure every pizza meets Marco’s five-star standards
- Coach and train new team members in our culture of accountability and excellence
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift
- Learn key management skills: labor control, scheduling, and guest engagement in a lounge setting
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 18 with dependable transportation
- Restaurant, hospitality, or bar-service experience preferred (not required if you’ve got drive)
- Leadership mindset — confident, calm, and people-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in both fast-paced kitchen and guest-facing environments
- Available for night and weekend shifts
