- Job-Specific Insights This is an hourly wage position, not eligible for state benefits, limited to up to 29 hrs per week. Position requires in office attendance during daytime business hours. Key Responsibilities
•Provide professional support in benefits administration, retirement programs, and leave management, including: FMLA, Worker’s Compensation and Short-term Disability, while assisting the Benefits Supervisor and occasionally acting as a back-up.
•Assist employees and supervisors with navigating workflows and transactions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
•Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations to employees and managers.
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and agency laws and regulations.
•Manage HR data, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
•Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to HR-related inquiries.
