As first-time parents, they are looking for someone experienced, reliable, and supportive who can guide them through routines, sleep training, and developmental milestones. The ideal nanny has a strong work history, brings warmth and professionalism, and is comfortable focusing on baby-related tasks such as laundry, bottles, and keeping the kitchen tidy. A driver is required, as they’d love their baby to enjoy outings to classes, the park, and the library. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a nanny who is not only nurturing but also excited to grow with the family for years to come.

Qualifications
⭐️ At least 5 years of recent professional nannying experience
⭐️ Must be legal to work in the US
⭐️ Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
⭐️ Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
⭐️ Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster
⭐️ Must be up to date on TDAP and flu vaccinations
⭐️ Must be CPR certified
