We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a supportive team environment and is driven to grow a book of business with long-term earning potential. You will advise customers with integrity and build lasting relationships.
- First-year earnings of $65,000 to $85,000
- Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
- Salary structure based on book growth with renewal income

Responsibilities- Acquire a minimum of twenty new households or write twenty-five new P and C policies per month
- Establish at least two new referral partnerships per month after ninety days
- Obtain a valid Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance license within ninety days
- Sell personal lines and small commercial insurance products
- Assist with general questions and payment support when service team members are unavailable
- Positive, driven, and motivated to succeed
- Coachable and receptive to constructive feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Honest and dependable with a commitment to integrity
- Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset
- No prior insurance experience required
