Primary Responsibilities :
As a full-time Office Administrator, your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting daily operations in the Accounting Department. You’ll need to bring your detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills to the table, ensuring that every task is completed with precision. Additionally, while you’ll often work independently, you’ll also collaborate with the team to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately. Your positive attitude will be essential as you navigate these tasks and contribute to the overall success of our team.
- Track/manage vendor invoices and process payments
- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries
- Handle monthly bank deposits
- Retrieve, sort and distribute mail
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate monthly team events
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries
- Take on specialized tasks, as assigned
What You Bring to Us :
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Possess strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task with little supervision to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to switch between tasks while still meeting deadlines
