General Labor Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Coordinate routine inspections and repairs.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure the condition of the property and identify potential issues.
• Complete light maintenance work such as small repairs or pulling weeds, or trash clean up.

General Labor Assistant Qualifications:

• Great communication skills.
• Superior customer service.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Completes tasks with minimal supervision.
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work outside in extreme heat.
