Kelly Now Hiring-Accounting Clerk
Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Enter POs with vendors for manufacturing supplies and non-inventory plant supplies within the ERP system.
• Issue POs to suppliers as necessary to achieve established inventory and service goals.
• Review and monitor requisitions, supply sources, supplies, quotations, and terms.
• Follow up with vendors on delivery dates, shortages, and all other applicable communication as directed.
• Upon receipt of goods, verify receivers, match, organize, and coordinate with accounts payable for payment.

Candidates that will be a great fit will:

• Must be proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate in-house software systems smoothly
• Be quick learners and can work independently with minimal supervision
