We are seeking a recent college graduate with exceptional work ethic, good organizational skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Candidates must be open to starting their day early and working onsite from our state-of-the-art HQ offices in Crystal City daily.

The Fellowship Analyst must have proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Good written communication with exceptional time and project management skills are a must.

This position will start by learning the front-end functions of BD analysis and the proposal processes to understanding how new business is managed. They will learn forecasting and modeling with our Finance & Accounting team plus get involved in M&A target analysis to understand how potential acquisitions are evaluated and closed.

Cydecor offers the Fellowship Analysts an opportunity to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance plus get to know each of our major Programs and their respective Managers. This Fellowship is a 1-year program with promotable career opportunities within Cydecor for successful graduate to become a permanent member of our HQ staff or to transition to a DoD Program.

Responsibilities include:

• Organize, coordinate, and help execute M&A and business development activities.
• Assist with the development and management of opportunity artifacts, templates, and schedules.
• Perform market research using established databases (such as GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, and other industry tools) to gather and analyze information regarding new business opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to develop potential solutions.
• Demonstrate a positive, high-performance, problem-solving, team-centric attitude.

Security Clearance:

• Ability to Obtain DOD Clearance

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or History.
