Job Summary: Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented RN looking for a rewarding opportunity in the home care industry? Our rapidly growing in-home senior care agency is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home assessments, visit prospective clients, and assist with administrative tasks Compensation & Benefits:

- Conduct in-home RN assessments on clients in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas
- Conduct potential prospective visits to assess a client’s eligibility for services.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation using our computer systems (must be tech-savvy).
- Monitor for changes in client's condition and report and document relevant information
- Assist with the development of an individualized plan of care for each assigned client
- Supervise and evaluate performance of staff and intervene when appropriate
- Oversee assigned care levels, services and performance improvement activities
- Provide recommendations and education to clients and family members on disease process, treatments, medications, and nutrition
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals
- Ensure cases are managed within defined productivity standards
- Participate in quality assurance activities, such as client conferences, caregiver and care plan reviews
- Current RN license in Virginia
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required for this position
- 3+ years of professional nursing experience (Experience in home health, senior care, or a related field is a plus!)
- Proficiency in the use of computers, internet applications, and software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Can work or visit homes that has pets (both Cat's & Dogs)
