This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated team responsible for completing indexing tasks. Indexing involves reviewing documentation received from borrowers or third parties in electronic format, accurately identifying the content (such as title binder or Verification of Employment), and assigning it to the correct loan number. The role requires both speed and precision to ensure the effectiveness of the process.

• Review electronic documentation sent by borrowers or third parties.
• Identify the type of document (e.g., title binder, Verification of Employment).
• Assign documents to the correct loan number.
• Maintain high accuracy and speed in processing.

• Proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks.
• Experience in mortgage, finance, and accounting.
• Data entry skills with the ability to complete alpha-numeric data entry tasks.

• Basic office and administrative skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Preferred experience in mortgage-related tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berryville, VA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
