Program Manager / Operations Manager (Senior)

Position Summary

Serve as overall lead/manager/administrator for the contracted effort; act as primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues; oversee execution of task order requirements; and manage resources.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort with the F-35 JPO.

· Serve as primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities.

· Oversee contractor execution of task order requirements.

· Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources (staffing, prioritization, and deployment).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.

· Minimum 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

· U.S. citizenship required.

· Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).

Preferred Qualifications

· Relevant experience managing diverse, technical support teams.

· Experience leading execution of government task orders and coordinating multi-functional teams (preferred).

Education/Experience Substitution

Education/Experience Substitution: An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

· Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information.

· Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required.
