This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive demo-to-membership conversions
- Lead all inbound lead follow-up (calls, texts, email)
- Build referral and retention strategies
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Train team members on closing and client experience
- Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events
- Manage daily studio operations
- Lead, coach, and hold team accountable
- Ensure a five-star member experience
- Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting
- Keep studio organized, professional, and high-energy
- Membership sales
