Job Summary:
Looking for a dedicated local route that gets you home every day? We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, active local fleet operating out of Fredericksburg, VA. If you prefer driving modern, automatic equipment and want a predictable regional route, this is the position for you.
Position Details:
- Equipment: Late-model tractors equipped with automatic transmissions pulling 53' trailers.
- Home Time: Home daily, operating a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
- Shift: 12-14 hour night shifts (start times between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM), including weekends.
- Freight Handling: Active freight handling using an electric pallet jack to load/unload trailers and manage returns.
Compensation & Mileage:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,670 - $1,735 (Paid via CPM + Load & Stop Pay)
- Miles: Average 1,300 miles per week servicing VA and MD.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Reliable personal vehicle for the daily commute to the Fredericksburg facility.
