We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.

Schedule Options:

• Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm
• Monday - Friday, 11pm-7am

Your Role in Our Mission :

• Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Conduct nursing assessments.
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour for this full time, non-exempt position.
• Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year!

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia.
• Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and documentation.
• Experience : Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments.
