For more information, visit Residential Maintenance Supervisor oversees general maintenance of the Lenox Club property, approximately 386 units, relating to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC units and preventative maintenance. This position has supervisor responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities*Maintain curb appeal, including the conditions and appearance of the propertyPoint out all safety hazards to Property Manager and implement repairsSupervise staff responsible for the refurbishment of vacancies, minimizing turnaround time on vacant unitsPrioritize, assign, follow up and submit to the rental office all service requestsImplement the company's Preventive Maintenance ProgramControl maintenance expendituresTake appropriate action in response to inspection reportsProper maintenance and use of truck, if applicable, and equipmentReport to the Property Manager daily concerning completed work or pending workMaintain shops, storage areas, etc. in a neat and organized wayPerform cleaning function as required by the Property Manager. Promptly report to Manager any conditions requiring maintenance or cleaning that you observeBe available for after hours and weekends in the event of an emergency or to back up the on call technicianCarry the issued cell phone at all times.
