Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Digital Data & Analytics Coordinator to manage, analyze, and report on large datasets, supporting business decisions and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proficient in data tools and reporting.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, organize, and maintain digital datasets for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all data management and reporting processes comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Assist in audits and internal control reviews related to data integrity.
- Support reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with finance, operations, research, and IT teams.
- Ensure data analytics projects align with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting, defense-related data, or secure data management.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms.

Work Environment
- Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
- May require occasional travel.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
