Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage automated scheduling system and assist clients with inquiries about services and pricing.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, sending reminders to clients via automated system(s).
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Process client payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with estheticians and other staff to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment bookings.
• Keep inventory of retail products, assist with product sales, and provide information about available promotions.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
• Stay informed about spa services, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using appointment scheduling software and handling basic administrative tasks.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Knowledge of basic spa and esthetic procedures is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
