Clearly explaining technical issues to clients and providing updates on repair progress. Inventory Management:
Maintaining an inventory of commonly used components for timely repairs. Following Procedures:
Adhering to company policies and procedures for service delivery and documentation. Collaboration:
Working with other technicians, help desk teams, or IT departments on complex issues.Â
