Position Overview: Event & Promotions Assistant

As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in organizing and executing live promotional events for nonprofit campaigns. You’ll work directly with our events team to create meaningful community engagement and raise awareness for impactful causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community events and nonprofit promotional campaigns

• Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth, successful activations

• Manage event materials , branded displays, and campaign inventory

• Track attendee engagement and performance metrics for campaign improvement

• Support live promotional marketing activities and client goals

• Help onboard and mentor new team members as our department grows

• Provide a friendly, professional experience to event attendees and supporters
