Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations and operational quality systems for our next-generation intraoral scanner devices. This role is critical to ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) excellence across manufacturing while maintaining a compliant and high-performing Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality functions across production.
• Maintain and improve QMS in accordance with ISO and internal standards.
• Lead root cause investigations, 8D corrective actions, and internal audits.
• Drive initiatives for scrap reduction, first-pass yield, and inspection effectiveness.
• Support document control, training programs, and process validations.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ideally in a regulated environment (ISO or similar).
• Familiarity with ISO13485, FDA QSR, CE MDR standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Quality assurance and quality control expertise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
