Market Ready Remodeling – Pre-Sale Renovations
Do you love building relationships, growing networks, and being the connector who makes deals happen? Market Ready Remodeling is looking for a Business Development Partner to join our fast-growing pre-sale renovation company.
We specialize in transforming homes before they hit the market — so they sell faster and for top dollar. Your mission? Be the face of Market Ready Remodeling in the community, build powerful referral networks with real estate agents and investors, and create new opportunities that fuel our growth.
This is not just a sales role — it's a chance to grow a market presence, shape strategy, and directly influence the company's success.
What You'll DoBe Everywhere the Market Is: Attend real estate team meetings, brokerage events, investor meetups, and networking opportunities across the region to build a strong presence and recognizable brand.
Generate & Nurture Leads: Build a pipeline of real estate professionals and investors who trust us to handle their pre-sale renovations — and stay in touch through a systematic follow-up and nurture process.
Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, pitch our services, and close renovation projects that help agents and sellers maximize returns.
Collaborate with Operations: Partner with our project managers and design team to ensure a seamless experience from first handshake to final walk-through.
Track & Report Results: Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities — and help refine our business development strategy as we grow.
Proven success in business development, outside sales, or account management (experience in real estate, construction, or home services is a huge plus).
A natural networker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organized and self-driven — you thrive when working independently and setting your own schedule.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the local real estate market (or a willingness to learn fast!).
