AI/ML Engineer

TITLE: AI/ML Engineer LOCATION: Northern Virginia CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance E MPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site *Anticipated role pending contract award.* POSITION SUMMARY Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support federal government programs by developing and deploying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions in secure, mission-critical environments. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team to design, train, and operationalize AI/ML models that enable real-time analytics, computer vision, and multi-INT data fusion. Your work will directly contribute to national security objectives , supporting defense and intelligence missions through the analysis of complex datasets and the automation of mission workflows.   RESPONSIBILITIE S (not limited to): Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for imagery, text, sensor, and mission-critical datasets to support ISR, C2, cyber, and space domains. Conduct deep learning and predictive modeling using neural networks for classification, detection, and forecasting tasks. Support exploratory and operational analytics by collaborating with data science teams and mission subject matter experts. Utilize MLOps tools to ensure secure, continuous integration and delivery of AI/ML capabilities in classified environments.   REQUIRED SKI LLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. DoD polygraph preferred. Accepting all levels of experience. Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch , with experience building data pipelines. Familiar with deploying AI/ML models in containerized environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes. Background in applied AI domains such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or mission analytics.
