In this strategic role, you will identify operational inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and support the execution of company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and support growth.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)* Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, process improvements, and best practices across business units* Analyze business performance data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements* Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning, goal setting, and execution tracking* Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and timelines* Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor progress and support decision-making* Evaluate current tools, systems, and workflows, and recommend upgrades or automation where appropriate* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and business operations staff* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational controls* Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities* Act as a liaison between operations, finance, HR, IT, and other key departments**Education & Experience*** Master’s degree in related field* Exceptional knowledge or understanding in strategic/operational planning, business process management, business operations, policy coordination, interpretation and dissemination, training, task management, information management, facility and space management, and related activities.* Knowledge or understanding with ETMS2 or similar systems.* Ability to produce fully actionable requirements Documents packages for competitive contracts.* Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.* Ability to produce, maintain, and publish a variety of ad hoc and routine reports and publications at the executive level.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** Experience in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management tools)* Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or performance management frameworks* Prior experience in consulting, government contracting, or high-growth companies is a plus**SECURITY CLEARANCE**: Active Secret**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
