ProSidian Seeks a Solution Architect | Development and Implementation [GMU0013012] for Information Technology on a Exempt 1099 Contract Basis located CONUS - Fairfax VA, supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Solution Architect candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagements for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as GMU. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Development and Implementation role; ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time W-2 position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Solution Architect in IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | ITS (Information Technology Services) in CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Design, build, and deliver transforming ideas into scalable IT solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architectures and integration strategies.
• Ensure scalability and security of systems.
• Advise ITS leadership on solution trade-offs.
• Lead technical design sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or Engineering.
• 7+ years in architecture roles.

Skills Required

• Strategic vision, leadership, technical excellence.

Ancillary Details

• Advises on vendor technology choices.
• Supports Enterprise Architect and PM teams.

Other Details

• Security Clearance is required for Engagement Teams handling sensitive Federal engagements.
