Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Define product strategy and roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for IDP, aligned with organizational objectives and developer needs.
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features that provide maximum value.
• Product Storytelling and Presentations: Create compelling narratives around product features and updates; deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile practices and roadmap planning: Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings; manage quarterly goals (6Q roadmaps) to ensure continuous progress.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities and communicate progress and updates.
• Product performance measurements: Define key results and measure product success against organizational OKRs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, quality and timely delivery of features.

Pay Range: $75 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
