Your Role:
As a line cook, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing delicious meals with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Food Preparation: Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to recipes and standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
• Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Order Accuracy: Execute orders from the kitchen quickly and accurately.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Multi-tasking: Handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve kitchen issues promptly.
• Safety Knowledge: Understand food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must have state-required food safety certifications if applicable.
Physical Requirements:
• On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
• Heavy Lifting: Push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stay Safe: Be aware of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts.
• Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
