Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a Zero Trust Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and modernization activities in federal environments. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality cybersecurity support in alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards.

*This role is contingent upon successful contract bid win.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assess current-state security architecture and capabilities against Zero Trust principles and target-state requirements.
• Analyze identity, device, network, application, data, and logging/visibility capabilities to identify Zero Trust gaps.
• Support development of Zero Trust roadmaps, recommendations, implementation priorities, and maturity assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, cloud, identity, and compliance teams to map controls and architecture to Zero Trust objectives.
• Develop briefing materials, assessment findings, and implementation support documentation for leadership and customers.

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 4–7+ years as a Zero Trust Analyst.
• Experience with Zero Trust concepts, identity and access management, MFA/conditional access, cloud security, and segmentation concepts.
• Ability to analyze security architectures and translate findings into actionable modernization recommendations.

Additional Desires and Considerations

• 5–8+ years for a true Zero Trust analyst.
• CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, SC-100, Security+.
• Experience with federal Zero Trust guidance (OMB/CISA/DoD).
• Microsoft cloud and identity ecosystem experience strongly preferred.
• Experience assessing cloud, Zero Trust, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with system vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of computer programming and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or higher certification level preferred.
