Automotive Finance and/or Sales Manager Experience Required
A leading luxury dealership in the Hampton market is seeking to hire an Automotive Finance Manager to join their team! In this key role, you'll be responsible for arranging and presenting vehicle financing options, selling after-market products and extended warranties, and helping customers secure the best possible deals. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong background in automotive finance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities - Automotive Finance Manager:
- Arrange and present vehicle financing options to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Sell after-market products, including extended warranties, and drive profitability
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions
- Achieve and exceed dealership sales goals and financial targets
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
- Ensure all finance-related paperwork, including registrations, tags, tax, and title, is handled efficiently and in compliance with state law
Requirements - Automotive Finance Manager:
- Required: Proven automotive finance and/or sales manager experience
- Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to dealership guidelines
- Expertise in leasing and special finance programs
- Familiarity with state law requirements and all relevant vehicle paperwork
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to make sound decisions
- Proficient in the use of dealership software and finance tools
- A professional appearance and a strong work ethic
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
