Server - Makers Union (South Riding)

As a Server , you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. With our craveable food, destination drinks, and diverse menu, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and passion for our offerings.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or special requests.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain a tidy and organized work area.

• Experience as a server in a fine dining experience.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25–35 pounds
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces
• Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely
• Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages
