Compensation: Earn $6,000–$9,000 per month based on experience, with opportunities for performance bonuses and overtime.

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated technician to join our team as a Chimney & Duct Repair Technician, with responsibilities that also include general construction and home repair work. This is a field-based role working in residential and light commercial properties.

You’ll be responsible for performing ductwork repairs, chimney maintenance and rebuilds, and supporting construction projects such as drywall, framing, flashing, roof patching, or light masonry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform chimney repairs, including crown rebuilds, flashing, cap installs, tuckpointing, and liner installations

• Repair and install air ducts, vents, and dryer vent systems

• Assist with general construction projects, including basic carpentry, roofing, framing, and masonry

• Inspect job sites and complete repair reports as needed

• Operate power tools, ladders, and safety equipment

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

• Communicate with dispatch and customers in a respectful and timely manner

• Follow company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in chimney, HVAC duct, or general construction work preferred

• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders (required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
