3M/365 Training Program Analyst
- Provide training and support services for the 3M Coordinator, 365 program manager, and all CNSL 3M coordinators for the effective operation and support of the 3M system.
- Maintain liaison with Afloat Training Group (ATG) and Maintenance University (MU) instructors for 3-M program management.
- Monitor ships 3M/365 reporting and provide technical assistance as required.
- Conduct Program Validation Assessments and report results.
- Support Maintenance University (MU) and Center for Service Support (CSS) 3M System Coordinator courses.
- Provide Subordinate units/ personnel training on:
- Afloat Maintenance Data System (MDS)
- Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS)
- SKED fundamentals
- Automated Work Notification (AWN)
- Ship's Naval Tactical Command Support System (R-Admin, R-Supply, and Organizational Maintenance Management
- System - Next Generation (OMMS-NG))
- Mission Readiness Assessment System
- Ashore MDS
- Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) Family of Systems
- Advanced Industrial Management for Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC)
- Validation, Screening, and Brokering (VSB)
- Maintenance Resource Management System (MRMS)
- Planned maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS)
- 3-M 365 Family of tools: Virtual Snapshot, CSMP Reconciliation, CSMP Self- Sufficiency, Division Review Tool
- Report lessons learned and findings to N43C seven days after completion of 3M assist visits for all CNSL Ships.
- Reports status and technical issues pertaining to all 3M coordinators across CNSL domain to N43C as required.
- Provide on-site subject matter expert response to in-person, telephone or e-mail inquiries or concerns regarding 3M/365 Program Training.
Typical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. Periodic visits to waterfront/shipboard environments. May involve: repetitive motion, traversing shipboard environments (e.g., confined spaces, ladders, hatches), speaking or vision. US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment. Existing Security Clearance Required: This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance. A candidate with especially strong, relevant experience but no active security clearance may still be considered, but work start would be dependent upon a new Secret clearance being awarded. Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ten (10) years naval shipboard work experience as military, civil service, or contractor supporting USN surface ship operation and/or maintenance.
- Served one tour as either a command 3MC and/or TYCOM/ATG 3M inspector.
- Qualified in NEC 811A (or equivalent military/civilian experience) and/or PQS 43241(series) watch station 307.
- Five (5) years experience in conducting and/or reviewing compliance audits, certifications, and assessments..
- Proficient with common productivity software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
