Assistant Manager / Entry Level Management

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee , you’ll receive hands-on training and fast-track career advancement opportunities in a high-impact role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in cross-training across event marketing, customer service, sales, and campaign operations

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of nonprofit promotional events and retail-based campaigns

• Leading small teams and managing multiple event sites within your first 90 days

• Collaborating with nonprofit partners and retail clients to ensure campaign success

• Developing leadership skills to advance into a full management position within 6–12 months

• Supporting the expansion of our West Coast footprint during an exciting phase of growth
