Job Requirements:

• Licenses: Active Virginia medical license and DEA (must be in hand).
• Board: BE/BC in Emergency Medicine, IM, or FP with ER experience (must be certified within 7 years of residency).
• DEA: Active DEA Certification.
• Certifications: ATLS required (if not EM Boarded), ACLS required if not EM Boarded.
• Experience: ER experience required.
• Other Qualifications: Clean file submissions only; no moonlighting residents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care for a diverse patient population.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Perform admissions, consults, and emergency stabilization procedures.
• Collaborate with general surgery and specialty teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital standards.
