Overview:

Solutions Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is growing and now hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time role in Springfield, VA.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned outpatient clinic that blends manual therapy and functional exercise with a strong focus on team culture , mentorship , and clinical growth .

Caseload & Setting:

• Mix of 70% general orthopedics and 30% sports rehab

• Patients of all ages and backgrounds

• PTs typically see 11–12 patients per day

• Our patient care model includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 with the clinician, followed by 30 minutes of exercise supervised by techs in our clinic.

• Supportive, collaborative clinic with structured mentorship available

Work Schedule:

• Clinic hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7am–7pm

  • Friday: 7am–3:30pm

• No weekends or major holidays required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000–$105,000+ annually based on experience and productivity

• Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision (clinic pays 90% for employees, 50% for dependents)

  • OCS, SCS prep and residency tracks available

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited DPT program (or equivalent)

• Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Virginia

• New grads welcome! Training and mentorship are available

• Full-time preferred , but candidates with at least 20 hours/week will be considered
