Receptionist (Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity)

Be the welcoming first point of contact for a well-established membership nonprofit. As the temporary-to-hire Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position combines traditional front desk duties with hands-on support for meetings, events, and association leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional arrival experience.
• Answer and route calls, manage shared inboxes, and serve as a central resource for internal and external communications.
• Maintain communal areas, ensuring spaces are organized, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Provide assistance with event coordination and general office needs.
• Support leadership with a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, expense reporting, and file management.
• Assist with special projects, including data management and internal deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management to ensure efficient office operations.
