Location: Hiring within 50 miles of Front Royal, VA , plus select cities in OH, KY, PA, NJ, and VA
Freight Type: Refrigerated, No-Touch Freight | Unload: No-touch
Home Time: Most drivers home weekly , guaranteed at least every other weekend for 34-hour reset
Pay & Bonuses

Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 gross

Mileage Pay (Based on Experience):
$0.65 to $0.70 CPM

Detention Pay: $20/hr (after 2 hours, backhauls only)

Hazmat Loads: +$75 per load
-
Safety & On-Time Bonus: Up to +3 CPM
-
Mentor Training Pay: $150/day (5 days)

Freight: 100% no-touch freight majority refrigerated

Route Type: Warehouse to warehouse deliveries

Backhauls: From customer warehouses (e.g., Buffalo, NY)

Driving Area: MA, CT, NY (Albany & Syracuse), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY

Schedule: Night driving required

Home Time: Most drivers home weekly; guaranteed at least every other weekend for 34-hour reset
