• ✅ Oversee outbound shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs
• 🔍 Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies; manage claims from start to finish
• 📦 Conduct monthly inventory counts of finished goods
• 🚚 Ensure shipments meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• 🛡️ Enforce health and safety regulations across the warehouse
• 📊 Analyze shipping data to uncover trends and drive improvements
• 📝 Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership
• 📞 Respond to customer inquiries with shipment tracking and updates

• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
• Skilled in forklift operation , machine setup , and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lead teams and implement best practices
• Experience with shipping audits, automation tools, and process optimization

• Experience identifying cost-saving opportunities in logistics
• Familiarity with automation and tech upgrades in shipping
• Ability to quantify time savings and efficiency improvements

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $61000.00/yr.
