Customer Account Representative - This is an in-person role. We do not offer remote at this time.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the sales contact for new customer accounts and retain quality customers
• Address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with the sales and customer connection team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Explain our products and services to new customers, and ensure all account details are accurate
