Join Our Team as an Office Assistant – Norfolk, VA (Temp-to-Hire)
Are you a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic office environment? We’re looking for an Office Assistant to support our Norfolk office operations and help keep everything running smoothly.
???? What You’ll Do
As the face of our front desk, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office and facilities support. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with property management and vendors
Setting up meetings and managing catering logistics
Ordering and organizing supplies and mail distribution
Maintaining office machines and common area inventory
Responding to inbox requests and ensuring a polished, professional environment
???? What You Bring
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in office services or facilities support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and a poised, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively

This position is fully on-site at our Norfolk office.
