**Responsibilities:**- Tackle intricate mechanical and electrical challenges in HVAC, chiller and boiler systems.
- Interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Collaborate effectively with various trades and contractors.
- Guide and support junior technicians with your wealth of experience.
- Uphold compliance and maintain systems efficiently. **Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC and mechanical experience.
- A spotless driving record.
