Potomac Ophthalmology in Woodbridge, VA is looking for one receptionist to join our team. We are located on Opitz Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working with understanding of insurances and medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Schedule patients and verify insurances
- Prepare charts for each day
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
