At AMFM Healthcare, we provide exceptional, residential mental health care for those living with severe mental illness. Our mission was born from tragedy but thrives on hope — founded after the loss of a beloved son to mental illness, our goal is to ensure no one else has to walk that path alone.

We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced Residential Supervisor to lead and support our frontline team. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain a safe, healing environment and ensure that both staff and clients are supported, guided, and inspired.

Why Work with Us?

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff concerns and help facilitate communication between support staff and upper management.

  • Manage logistics including client intakes, discharges, transitions, off-site appointments, and transportation.

  • Promote and uphold all program guidelines, ensuring staff compliance with regulatory bodies including DBHDS, Joint Commission, and insurance agencies.

  • Handle weekend activities, inventory checks, and supplies management.

  • Assist with new client intakes, respond to incidents, and lead de-escalation efforts as needed.

  • Maintain accurate timecards and staffing schedules using our time management systems.

  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff.

What You’ll Bring
  • Leadership experience in a residential or healthcare setting (mental health preferred).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to compassionate care and professional integrity.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and cover shifts as needed.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
