We are seeking a Medical Provider to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

FMOA caters to young and growing families. We have a large, pediatric patient base.
We have a largely fee-for-service patient population with a small percentage of Medicare
and Medicaid. Our practice provides office-based care with full staff, surgical, and
specialty support. We also provide the opportunity for patients to receive care that
includes many office-based procedures, orthopedics and sports medicine. There is an
opportunity to practice Family based obstetrics, pediatrics and adult medicine.
