Au Pair
Au Pair Position: Childcare Support for Our Three Young Daughters We are a warm and active family seeking an au pair to help care for our three daughters -- a one-year-old and twin three-year-olds -- on a part-time, flexible basis during the day. Both mom and dad work from home, so you will never be alone managing the children; we are very involved in their day-to-day care and activities. Your primary role will be to assist in supervising the girls while we are working, engaging them in activities, and helping with light child-related tasks as needed. This is not a full-time nanny position -- rather, we are looking for a team player who can support us during busy periods of the day when we need an extra set of hands. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and engaging the children with age-appropriate activities Assisting during mealtimes, playtimes, and occasional outings Helping maintain a clean and organized environment for the children Collaborating closely with mom and dad, who will often be present Position Details: Location: Based in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area Commitment: 1 to 2 years preferred Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours depending on the day's needs Start Date: Open to discussion We are looking for someone kind, energetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
