• Exciting Growth Opportunities: Our unique level-based career path lets you earn more as you master your craft. Start earning up to $6 more per hour as a Blue Level Specialist, with opportunities to reach Red Level status and earn up to $19 more per hour!
• Comprehensive Training: New to waxing? No problem! Our in-house, 6-day training program will set you up for success, covering everything you need to become a confident and skilled Wax Specialist.
• Supportive Team Environment: Your Center Manager will be your biggest cheerleader, offering regular check-ins and coaching to ensure you’re maximizing your earning potential.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: You’ll earn $10/hour plus tips and monthly commission, with plenty of room for growth and increased earnings as you develop your skills.
• Engage & Educate Guests: You’ll help guests understand the benefits of a consistent wax routine and introduce them to our exclusive line of pre- and post-wax skincare products.

• Arrive 30 minutes early to prepare your wax pot, review your schedule, and set your day up for success.
• Use our advanced point-of-sale system to learn about your Guest’s previous visits and personalize their experience.
• Perform full-body waxing services with care and precision, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for every Guest.
• Share your product knowledge and demonstrate skincare products to enhance the Guest’s experience.
• Collaborate with our Guest Service Associates to ensure seamless service from start to finish.

• A valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• A passion for beauty and skincare.
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends—our busiest times!
