Data Analyst with an Active Secret Clearance

Zantech is looking for a talented Data Analyst to support our Federal Client during a cutting-edge enterprise information technology implementation.

The Data Analyst will be focused on ensuring the successful migration of existing MS SQL Server databases to PostgreSQL. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing and supporting those databases and migrating them onto an AWS cloud hosting platform. This position will work collaboratively with a team of software developers in support of a government client.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Utilize expertise in machine learning tools to select features, create, and optimize classifiers.



• Demonstrate collegiate-level writing skills, familiarity with the U.S. Army organization and regulations, and strong organization and communication skills.



• Demonstrate a strong data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling background.



• Communicate complex technical findings to a variety of audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience



• Minimum of three years of experience, one within DoD, working with big-data systems and developing production-level data models



• Active Secret Clearance
