Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Chiller Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC technician with advanced knowledge of large commercial and industrial chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain large tonnage chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption units).
- Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Conduct chiller tear-downs and overhauls as needed.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to recommend solutions and system upgrades.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
- Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong understanding of hydronic systems, pumps, controls, and BAS integration.
- EPA certification required.
- HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited program preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
