Full-time shift. Shift days/times may vary week to week.

Daily Responsibilities:

· After training is complete, Team Leads lead a team of 1 to 2 team members and are responsible for ensuring the team achieves our quality standards

Professionally clean residential homes or commercial locations while utilizing our 55 Tidy Touchpoints list.

· Interior residence, office, retail, restaurant, warehouse, and manufacturing facility cleaning.

· Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.

· Dusting furniture, light fixtures and ceiling fans, picture frames, electronics.

· Vacuuming & mopping floors.

· Report results to supervisor, upload before and after photos for each appointment

· Meet with clients and review results if they are on site during appointments

Experience and Requirements:

· Valid driver's license

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Punctual and reliable with strong time management.

· Dependable transportation

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Willing to work in homes that have pets.

· Take pride in quality work.

· Ability to follow detailed directions.

· Experience is great, but not necessary. Full training available

· Painting and light maintenance experience a plus!
