Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Neuro PRN Fairfax, VA, United States Job Identification: 686337 Posting Date: 07/23/2026, 08:04 PM Job Schedule: Locations: Inova Health Center 3620 - Fair Oaks (On-site) (On-site) Job Description: Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT), PRN to join our Outpatient Rehab team. This position is PRN or as needed for intermittent coverage needs requiring at least 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 minor and 1 major holiday. Physical Therapist PRN Job Responsibilities:

• The Physical Therapist PRN selects evaluations and treatment methods appropriate for the patient's diagnosis, age group, and physical/emotional status while formulating appropriate treatment plans.
• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Perform re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Virginia Physical Therapist License or Physical Therapist compact privileges required upon start
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association required upon start.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Virginia Physical Therapist License or Physical Therapist compact privileges required upon start
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association required upon start.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred
• Physical Therapist (PT) experience
